I’m Bankole and I am a therapist and counsellor.
Being a first-generation Londoner born and raised, I understand the pressures of living in a big, fast paced city and how lonely and isolating it can feel. We all face difficulties at some point in our lives, be it in work, in relationships, or after suffering a loss. I can support you through whatever challenges you face, helping you gain the tools to live in a calmer and more satisfying way.
I work using Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt therapy approaches. I work with individual adults and teenagers, most commonly with addiction, stress, self-worth, and identity. I offer short and long-term therapy sessions.
I am warm, down to earth, professional, supportive, curious, and gently challenging! I won’t just sit there and listen without engaging with you.
I offer face to face and online sessions.
